Bring us the list

Every house has a list: the ding in the drywall, the cabinet that will not close right, the shelf still leaning in the garage. Repairs are in our name. The handyman list is real work here, not the stuff we fit in around better jobs.

Repairs we take on

  • Doors and hardware
  • Drywall holes, patches and texture matching
  • Shelving and mounting
  • Caulking and sealing
  • The rest of the list

Small jobs are real work

Most contractors chase the big remodels and let the little repairs pile up, which is exactly why your list exists. We treat it like it matters, because a door you have fought with for a year matters.

One visit, several fixes

Repairs get better value in batches. The visit costs the same whether we fix one thing or six, so bring the whole list and let that work in your favor.

Before and after: dated almond switch plates replaced with clean white ones, set flush and level

The goal is a house that just works

Doors that close the first time, walls without dings, everything hung level and holding. None of it is dramatic. All of it is the difference between a house you manage and a home you enjoy.

Questions we get asked

Is any job too small?

If it is worth bothering you at home, it is worth doing properly. One door is a real job. That said, batching a few repairs into one visit is the best value, so check the garage before you call.

Do I need to know exactly what is wrong?

No. Describe what the thing is doing or not doing, in your own words. Figuring out why is our half of the job.

Can I send photos of the problem?

Please do. A couple of phone photos with the form or by email usually tells us most of what we need for a straight answer on price and timing, before anyone drives anywhere.

How do you price a whole list of small jobs?

Item by item, so you can see what each thing costs and decide what makes the cut. Batching several repairs into one visit is the best value.

Ask about your job

Describe it in a sentence or two. You will get a real answer about price and timing, not a sales pitch.
