Trim that looks like it grew there

Crown, casing, baseboard, window and door trim. It is the finish work people notice without knowing why a room suddenly feels right, and it rewards patience, sharp blades and pride. That is the kind of work we like best.

Brand new porch steps in fresh lumber, built, railed and ready

Trim work we take on

  • Baseboard and shoe molding
  • Crown molding
  • Door casing and doors
  • Clean built-ins
  • Window trim and sills
  • Repairs to existing trim

Tight miters, straight lines

Trim shows every shortcut. Gaps get filled, corners get close enough, and a year later you can point at every compromise from the couch. We cut to fit rather than cutting to fill, and caulk is for sealing, not for hiding.

One room or the whole house

Crown in the dining room, new baseboard down the hall, casing for the door that never got finished. One room is a fine job. So is every room. The work gets the same care either way.

Framing squared up and ready for the next stage

Respect for what is behind the wall

Good finish work starts with what the framing gives you. Straight, level and square get read before the first piece goes up, so the trim lands right and stays right.

Questions we get asked

Can you match my existing trim?

Usually. We look at the profile and either match it or get close enough that nobody who lives there can tell. If a profile genuinely cannot be matched, you hear that before anything starts, not after.

Is one room worth calling about?

Yes. A single room of crown or a hallway of baseboard is a normal job for us, not a favor. Small jobs are how most people find out what good trim work looks like.

How do I get a price for trim work?

Describe the rooms and what you want in them. We look at the space, talk through the options and price the job as a whole, not piece by piece.

Do you supply the trim, or can I buy my own?

Either way works. Most jobs we price with materials included so there is one clear number and one trip to the lumber yard. If you have already found trim you love, we are happy to install what you bought.

Which rooms get the most out of new trim?

The rooms people actually see: the entry, the living and dining rooms, and the hallway everyone walks down. Crown and proper casing in those spaces change how the whole house reads, usually for less than people expect.

Ask about your job

Describe it in a sentence or two. You will get a real answer about price and timing, not a sales pitch.
